A significant work by one of Australia's most iconic and famous artist forms part of the 40th anniversary celebrations of the Ian Potter Museum of Art.
'The Queen' by John Brack, a recent donation to the University of Melbourne Art Collection by Helen Brack, forms a major addition to the collection.
This most generous gift was launched by the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Glyn Davis AC, at the opening of the exhibition 'Visions past and present: celebrating 40 years'.
Helen Brack is giving a free lunchtime talk on 'The Queen' on Tuesday 19 June at 1.00 pm.
